I have had this keyboard for 2 YEARS, i struggled at night because i couldn't see, i have JUST NOW discovered this, thank god for your review man

Honestly the coolest thing with this thing is that you'll be able to perfectly use it (probably with more smoothness) with a raspberry pi project and a small LED touch screen or on your phone for special purposes of gaming and tech

I tested this and it works with not just F2, but F1, F3, F7, etc

I've been wondering how rainbow mode was activated, kept accidentally enabling it without actually knowing how. The custom backlight mode is cool too, it's weird how these modes are not documented in the manual.

Thanks for the video. I now got to remove some bad feedbacks, because the information for the 7 color RGB was missing from both versions I purchased. I got same exact one, box and all that only 3 colors worked, until that little secret you mentioned. The only bad part was the fact that the charge lasts 2 hours. Then again I'm using it on a steam deck.

For people that can not get the full spectrum cycling to work, make sure you are swiping across the bottom part of the touch pad where the pics of fingers are, it does not work if you swipe higher up.

You only need to swipe at the 'bottom part' of the touchpad to make the LED cycling work (as exactly shown in the video). It is not mentioned though, so if you're not paying too much attention, you may not be able to make it to work.

Noice! I got into that mode by accident and it went away. So I knew it had that option. Thanks for the hack. It's a killer remote for the price. Wish they offered a 20$ one with a heavier body for gaming

The exact video I was looking for....I got the same device (with different name listing on Amazon) recently and somehow by accident that RGB thing turns on but never can figure out the actual combo before I stumbled here...... Thanks for the detailed hands-on tutorial, it's best ever

I guess there is several variants of the keyboard with. Mine looks identical, but on the box it says "RGB" where yours has "BACKLIT". Turns out on mine pressing fn + f2 just scrolls through several RGB patterns, but there is no posibility to pick single color mode. But still neat keyboard for quite a cheap price. I like it uses good old nokia BL-5C type battery.

You don't need to press any key, just slide at the bottom of the touchpad to toggle the RGB cycling on and off.

It's definitely a cool little gadget, I bought one a year ago and it still works great it even works with my Xbox one I'd have to remap the button configuration to be able to play with it tho but that's not hard to do.

Well even I didn't know that, but I know that if you turn on the light and just slide on the bottom of the trackpad with no buttons pressed it goes to rainbow mode, so you don't press anything and it just goes through all those colors again and again till you turn off the keyboard or you slide again or change the light with the F2 + Fn combo

Just got one of these and I was content with just leaving it in a single color until I turned on the color cycle mode by accident and I had to find out how I did it. Thanks.

This was so useful! I accidentally got the keyboard to switch between all of the colors on the cycle on accident and I couldn’t figure out how to get back to it later
